Accounts & eligibility

Acceptable use

Subscriptions & billing

Intellectual property
<TODO: legal copy — ClubMogo brand & software remain ClubMogo's. Facility content (member data, branding, configurations) remain the facility's. License grant for service operation.>
Termination
<TODO: legal copy — User-initiated cancellation, ClubMogo-initiated termination for breach, data export window after termination (30 days), permanent deletion timeline thereafter.>
Disclaimers

Limitation of liability
